BACKGROUND
Lyra Puspa is the President and Founder of Vanaya & Co. that focuses on organizational change through brain-focused coaching and neurotechnology. She has taken part in the EMCC Global Research Development Group since 2022. She is also a member of the Global Science Board at CoachHub, since Sept 2021. With > 20.000 coaching hours, she is a Strategic Brain-Focused Coach for C-Levels who has facilitated brain-focused transformation of top executives and corporations across industries, including Fortune 500 companies.
She holds a Ph.D. in Business and Organizational Neuroscience from Canterbury Christ Church University, UK, and is the founder of Vanaya NeuroLab—one of Southeast Asia’s pioneering brain and behavior research centers. Through Vanaya NeuroLab, she conducts applied neuroscience experiments in economics, business, and organizational contexts. As a business and organizational neuroscientist, she is dedicated to advancing evidence-based research on brain and behavior to bridge scientific insights with practical applications in leadership development and organizational transformation.
She coined the term ‘Brain-Focused Coaching’ and developed the 1st brain-focused coaching framework: CARE Model that has been empirically-tested with modern neuroscience technology. She also pioneered the discovery and application of ‘Neurometric’ – an evidence-based measurement of people and organization performance using neuro-dynamic analytics and machine learning.
