We are looking for highly energetic and people-oriented talents with a strong customer-centric mindset and a passion for service to join our Solution & Inbound Marketing Management Team.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing innovative and customized solutions to meet client needs,
- Driving end-to-end program innovation – including both improving existing programs and creating new ones,
- Ensuring high-impact, high-quality solutions through strong cross-functional collaboration,
- Engaging closely with our coaches and faculty members to support and develop their capabilities.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Female or Male, aged 28–35 years old,
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus),
- Has 3–4 years of work experience, preferably in a consulting firm with exposure to product management or development,
- Experienced in leading a team for at least 2 years,
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken),
- Strong in communication, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills,
- Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment,
- Open to taking on expanded roles and responsibilities,
- Ready to manage diverse projects across industries (e.g., banking, insurance, telco, mining, construction, etc.),
- Available to join by September 2025.
