Background

With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources as a Director, she has managed and led the HR community in Jakarta. Her most recent role was as the HR Director for Cigna Insurance Indonesia. Prior to her tenure in the insurance sector, she served as the HR Director at Shangri-La Jakarta, Imperial Century, and Grand Hyatt Jakarta, accumulating 15 years in the hospitality industry. Early in her career, she spent nearly 4 years in the Training Department at CRMI Steel Manufacturing Industry.
