  • Lear Seating Corporation : Leadership program for shift-leaders and business leaders. Individual coaching and leadership training of general manager. Individual coaching of expat country manager, plant manager, quality manager, industrial manager, production manager, team coaching and training of supervisors and project leaders. Aim of the long term project is change in company culture towards improved teamwork and increased initiative, delegation and proactive approach.
  • Getrag Ford : Individual leadership training and coaching of expat quality manager in Slovakia plant with the aimed to improve identified weaknesses and to win the selection process for position of Quality manager in Getrag Ford mother plant in UK.
  • Peugeot : Individual and team coaching of management for Peugeot partners across Slovakia. Goal - increased quality of sales, KPIs and management of teams.
  • Bukoza : Individual training and coaching of a technically highly valuable manager with aim to improve his people skills and tendencies for conflicts with subordinates.
  • Slovenske Elektrarne : Training for managers in giving feedback to subordinates. The training involved shadowing techniques and coaching.

  • 1984-1990 : Post gradual study at Faculty of Sciences UPJŠ Košice finished with a title CSc.(PhD.) in physics of condensed matter and acoustics
