Tya Adhitama, Founder/CEO of PT Navigadhi coaches and mentors clients to develop a clear vision on what they want to achieve in their personal and professional lives. Tya was the first woman hired in to the senior director level and the only woman on the 4- member team when the Gobel Group had to renegotiate continuation of a 30-year joint venture with the Panasonic Group, Japan. A combination of her business savvy, understanding of both party’s values and expectations, personable leadership, integrity, and effective negotiation skills helped lead to a successful extension of the Panasonic-Gobel partnership in Indonesia.
