Bandung, July 27, 2024 – Coachnesia, a community of seasoned coaches, successfully hosted a seminar titled "Developing Resilient Talents: Bridging Academia and Industry" at Telkom University's Theater of Akhlak. The event brought together academic experts and industry leaders to address the critical gap between education and the professional world.
The seminar aimed to equip students with the necessary skills and mindset to thrive in today's dynamic job market. Distinguished speakers, including Yunus Triyonggo, Dr.Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, Muhammad Subhan Iswahyudi, and Lyra Puspa, shared their invaluable insights and experiences.
From Lyra Puspa's insightful presentation about Gen Z on a brain focused level, to Yunus Triyonggo's building fresh graduate readiness. The seminar is deisgned to make sure the leaders of tommorow will leave with an impactful insight implanted on them.

“While GPA is still considered by many employers, it's no longer the sole determinant of success,” said one of the panelist. “Soft skills, practical experience, and a strong personal brand are equally important in today's job market.”
