Depok - Celebrating the collaboration between the Vocational School of Universitas Indonesia and Coachnesia in the Creative Living Lab program, which is designed to develop practical skills, creativity, and an innovative mindset among vocational education students at Universitas Indonesia. This program includes a series of book discussion sessions, internship programs in companies, followed by a 1-on-1 coaching program fully supported by Coachnesia through professional coaches who are alumni of the coaching certification school, The Art & Science of Coaching from Vanaya Indonesia. This program not only serves as a collaborative platform between the professional coaching world and vocational education but has also brought extraordinary positive impacts for the participants.

Through a human-centered approach focused on individual development, this program has successfully increased the participants' confidence, enabling them to make decisions more assertively and have a clearer vision for their future. The coaches have also effectively encouraged innovation and creativity among the students, with many creative ideas from participants realized in the form of prototypes and real business plans. Participants not only learn from an academic perspective but also understand industry needs through the practical experiences shared by the involved coaches.

"I gained a lot of insights from the coaching sessions I attended; I can now map out my life for the future," said Grace, a seventh-semester student in the Creative Business program who has participated in a series of coaching sessions with Coachnesia.

"I have become more directed in determining my career path, so I am no longer confused about what the future holds. Additionally, I used to struggle with managing my time due to the heavy workload at campus, but after the coaching, I can manage my priorities and time better. Overall, the coaching sessions with Coachnesia were very enjoyable," said Sandra, a student who also participated in the program.

This program has become an important momentum to showcase the great potential of collaboration between Coachnesia and educational institutions in creating a generation of youth ready to face global challenges.

"I welcome this mentoring program with Coachnesia. I hope this activity will continue and be accessible to all students at Universitas Indonesia and throughout Indonesia," said Deni Danial Kesa, Deputy Director for Education, Research, and Student Affairs of the Vocational Education Program at University of Indonesia.

Hadining Kusumastuti, the Head of the Creative Business Study Program, added that the change in students' confidence during their studies has improved, especially in expressing their personal opinions, and students are now better able to view problems from an optimistic perspective.
