Agus Riyanto, the Principal Expert of ITDRI, suggests "When developing digital talent, there are limitations in terms of time and effort. To enhance the effectiveness of the digital transformation process, it is important to find an alternative that can assist in identifying the "hot button" or strengths, opportunities for development, and performance boosters." According to Agus, they believe that Vanaya's Neurometric can be valuable in measuring these aspects, as it has been academically proven.
