LAN and Vanaya Indonesia Forge Strategic Partnership to Build a National Coaching Ecosystem for Civil Service Transformation

August 8, 2025 – The National Institute of Public Administration (Lembaga Administrasi Negara – LAN) and PT Vanaya Indonesia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the LAN Central Office in Jakarta. The partnership aims to advance Indonesia’s public sector leadership and governance through neuroscience-based coaching and the development of a national coaching ecosystem for civil servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara – ASN).
